How Flex Works

Visit our official website and click on “Sign Up”. You’ll be redirected to download the Flex app from the Play Store or App Store.

Step 03

Complete Your Profile

After approval, complete your profile inside the app. This helps us tailor rewards, track your impact, and unlock your Flex experience.

Step 02

Eligibility Check

To ensure you're ready to flex:

You must have at least 2,000 followers on Facebook or Tiktok (or both) or 500 followers on Instagram

Turn on Professional Mode on your social media profile

Once verified, our team will review your profile and approve your entry into the Flex network.

Step 05

Start Spending, Start Earning

Ready to turn your everyday shopping into powerful rewards? Just use your Flex Card at any of our partner merchants. Every purchase helps you earn Flex Scores—our unique system that measures your social and shopping influence.

To unlock cashback rewards, simply flex about your purchase within 48 hours! Post a static image (or a reel for bonus points!), making sure to tag Flex, SkyFlex, and the brand. You'll receive your cashback or reward on "The Flex Day," which is the second week of the following month.

Apply for Your Flex Card

Now it’s time to level up. Head over to our partnered bank (Eastern Bank PLC.) through the in-app link and apply for your official Flex Card. Fill in the required details and you’ll receive your card within 5-7 days.
