A: Flex lets you monetize your social media activity. Share trends, finds, or daily moments and earn money and rewards. Ideal for anyone who enjoys posting content. Brands can also reach their target audience through tags and mentions on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Q: What is a Sky Flex Prepaid Card?
A: A co-branded prepaid card by Eastern Bank Plc, exclusively for eligible Flex users. Use it to shop at listed merchants and unlock deals after sharing and tagging your purchases on social media.

Q: How does the Flex cashback work?
A: Apply for the card, top it up, and shop. Then, post about your purchase within 48 hours, tagging Flex and Sky Flex. Cashback is credited between the 12th and 15th of every month—called “FLEX DAY”.

Q: How can a user top up the prepaid card?
A: Via EBL dropbox, EBL cash counter, or Sky Banking.

Q: Who is eligible to apply for a Sky Flex prepaid card?
A: Anyone with a professional/creator-mode social media profile and at least 2000 followers on Facebook/TikTok or 500 on Instagram.

Q: Are there any application or maintenance fees?
A: Yes. A one-time fee of BDT 999 covers three years. No renewal or annual fees apply during this period.

Q: Can I use the Sky Flex prepaid card internationally?
A: Yes, it works like a dual-currency Visa card. However, cashback is limited to purchases with partner merchants.


Card Application and Top-Up

Q: How can I apply for a Sky Flex prepaid card?
A: Apply via the Flex website or app. Complete your profile, verify your account (within 3 hours), then tap “Apply for the card.” It will be delivered in 5–7 days.

Q: What documents are required?
A: A government-issued ID, profile photo, proof of address, and an active phone number.

Q: How long does it take to receive the card?
A: 5–7 business days after application approval.

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum top-up amount?
A: Minimum top-up is BDT 500. No maximum limit.


Purchases and Cashback

Q: Where can I use my Sky Flex prepaid card?
A: Anywhere Visa is accepted—online or in stores. For exclusive offers, shop with listed partner merchants on the Flex app or website.

Q: How will the Flex Scores work to get the deals?
A: Earn 25 Flex Score points by signing up and verifying your profile. Accumulate at least 38 points through posting, tagging, and uploading bills to unlock exclusive deals. More points mean better rewards.

Q: Do I need to tag Flex and the brand on all platforms?
A: No. Tag Flex, Sky Flex, and the brand on the platform where you have the highest follower count (Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok).

Q: Are there specific hashtags or posting rules?
A: Yes. Use the hashtag #Flex and clearly mention the brand and your purchase experience.


Cashback Payouts

Q: When will I receive my cashback?
A: Between the 12th–15th of each month, for eligible purchases from the previous month.

Q: How is the cashback amount calculated?
A: Cashback is awarded as Flex Points, based on purchase value and brand-specific promotions. Track everything in your Flex dashboard.

Q: What happens if I forget to tag the brand?
A: You won’t qualify for cashback if tagging or posting rules aren’t followed.

Q: Is there a limit to how much cashback I can earn monthly?
A: No. There’s no monthly cap. The more you post, the more you earn.

Q: Where will my cashback be credited?
A: Directly to your Sky Flex prepaid card balance.


Social Media Guidelines

Q: Which platforms are supported for tagging?
A: Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Q: What should I include in my post?
A: A photo of the purchase (static post), or a reel for bonus points. Tag the brand, Flex page, and Sky Flex page.

Q: Can I post multiple times for one purchase?
A: You can post 1 static and 1 reel per purchase. Extra posts won’t earn additional points.

Q: What happens if I delete the post before cashback?
A: Deleting posts before the 12th disqualifies you from cashback.

Q: Do private accounts qualify for cashback?
A: No. Your profile and posts must be public.

Q: When should I post?
A: Within 48 hours of purchase. Upload the bill and post link in the Flex app.


Customer Support

Q: What if I don’t receive cashback?
A: Contact support with purchase and post details if cashback hasn’t arrived by the 15th.

Q: How can I update personal or account details?
A: Update via the Flex app or contact customer support.

Q: What if my card is lost or stolen?
A: Report immediately through the app or EBL support. A replacement card will be issued.

Q: Can I cancel my Sky Flex prepaid card?
A: Yes, by contacting EBL support. Your remaining balance will be refunded.

Q4: How can I become a Flex merchant partner?
A: Apply via the Flex app or website. Submit the partnership form and required documents. Approval takes 5–7 business days.

A: Business registration certificate, trade license, bank account details, and proof of address.
