By creating an account, connecting your social media platforms, or using your Flex’Em Card, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Eligibility
To use Flex’Em, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have one or more active public social media accounts
- Provide accurate and truthful information when signing up
3. Use of Services
Flex’Em allows users to:
- Connect social media profiles to calculate a Flex Score
- Earn and spend Flex Points with partnered brands
- Use a digital or physical card to redeem deals and rewards
You agree to use our platform legally and ethically, without spamming, misrepresenting data, or manipulating your social metrics.
4. Flex Score & Points
Your Flex Score is calculated using AI algorithms based on your engagement, authenticity, and activity. Flex Points are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. Points may expire or change based on activity or inactivity.
5. Brand Partnerships
If you are a business using Flex’Em, you agree to:
- Deliver the promised deals, discounts, or services
- Respect users’ privacy and handle all transactions fairly
- Avoid misleading claims or fake offers
6. Account Termination
Flex’Em reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Submit false information
- Use bots or unfair methods to increase social score
- Violate community guidelines or brand integrity

8. Changes to Terms

Flex’Em is not liable for:
- Any losses or damage caused by misuse of your account
- Third-party issues or brand-related disputes
- Inaccurate Flex Scores caused by changes in social platform APIs
